About the Rescue Restoration Team
Rico León, Owner
Working in the restoration industry for over a decade, Rico Leon has experienced all aspects of the restoration process from being on the front lines sewage removal in basements to managing crews on 7 figure commercial restoration projects.
Transitioning to the role as owner of his own Colorado based restoration business, he leverages countless years of experience in the restoration industry to provide restoration expertise to property owners throughout the Front Range of Colorado, prioritizing industry proficiency, customer service and quality of work throughout the restoration process.
As a hardened veteran in the restoration industry, he was responsible for the oversight and selection of restoration contractors for the city of Denver, administering project management for hundreds of jobs with dozens of contractors personally reporting to him on a daily basis.
What he has learned through the years working on countless projects is that regardless of the project size or scope, each restoration project is not just another “project”, but rather a home or business that represents the livelihood of a family or business owner that bears profound strain each day the property is not habitable or in operation.

Grace Kennedy
District Manager
Grace Kennedy is a Colorado native born and raised in Weld County. She attended CU Denver to study Public Health and for five years pursued a career helping people navigate the complicated world of insurance.
She now uses her skillset to help clients get the most out of their insurance claims after they suffer a loss. Grace is passionate about providing premium service, insight, and advice to her customers. She strives to help them achieve their construction needs with ease and efficiency.
In her free time, Grace is a competitive equestrian who trains and competes with her horse, DaVinci.
Jana Skokanová
Operations Manager
Born and raised in Europe, Jana serves as the Operations Manager at Rescue Restoration, ensuring the smooth execution of processes and effective coordination across all services, including fire, water, reconstruction, and construction projects.
Jana manages communication, CRM systems, paperwork, project scheduling, and vendor relationships and ensures compliance with industry standards. Her focus on fostering collaboration and maintaining efficient workflows supports Rescue Restoration’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service.
Jana holds a bachelor's degree in business and began her career in HR as a headhunter, recruiting top-tier talent. Later, she transitioned to the construction industry, managing projects and streamlined workflows.
After moving to the United States, Jana led an automotive organization for five years. She excelled in team leadership and leveraged CRMs to enhance processes and boost productivity. Her diverse background underscores her dedication to exceptional service.
