This is an honor to write. I would like to thank Rico Leon of Fire & Hail Restoration for making the roof replacement process easy. He handled everything for me and relieved me of my worries. We found hail damage to our roof following our free no-hassle inspection. The insurance representative only visited once; Rico's team found all problems. When we replaced our roof, we couldn't get insurance coverage. One of our family members recommended Rico. Even though our insurance company refused to pay for the repairs, I found the job to be exceptional. As a result of Rico's dedication, our roof was successfully repaired and we only had to pay our deductible. In terms of roofing services, I would recommend Rico Leon without hesitation. Fire & Hail Restoration continues to impress us. In addition to being a great representative of the company, Rico Leon is its president. 11/10 recommended!

I am delighted to be able to write this. We are grateful to Rico Leon of Fire & Hail Restoration for making the process of replacing our roof as easy as possible. I was relieved of all my worries when he handled everything for me. When we conducted a free no-hassle roof inspection, we discovered that hail had damaged our roof. In spite of a single inspection by an insurance representative, no problems were discovered -- they were found by Rico's team instead. There was a time when we were unable to obtain insurance coverage for the replacement of our roof. Our contact with Rico was prompted by a family member's recommendation. I found the job to be exceptional, despite the fact that our insurance company refused to cover the cost of the repairs at the time. By working diligently, Rico earned our trust and we were only required to pay our deductible after he took care of our roof. Rico Leon is the roofing company I would recommend without hesitation if you require roofing services. As always, Fire & Hail Restoration continues to impress us with its work. Rico Leon, who is the president of Fire & Hail Restoration, is an excellent representative of the company.

This is a joy for me to write. Thanks to Rico Leon with Fire & Hail Restoration, we had an easy time replacing our roof. Having him handle everything for me eliminated all of my worries. We discovered that hail had damaged our roof during our free no-hassle inspection. After a single inspection by an insurance representative, no problems were found -- which was discovered by Rico's team instead. Once, we had to replace our roof without insurance covering it. Upon recommendation by a family member, we contacted Rico. It was an exceptional job, regardless of the fact that our insurance company was unwilling to pay for repairs at the time. After taking care of our roof, Rico earned our trust by working hard and we were only required to pay our deductible. If you need roofing services, I would recommend Rico Leon without hesitation. We continue to be impressed with the work of Fire & Hail Restoration. The company Fire & Hail Restoration is excellent, and I would like to compliment Rico Leon.

It is such a pleasure for me to write this review. Our roof was replaced with ease thanks to Rico with Fire & Hail Restoration. By taking care of everything, he completely eliminated the stress. Our hail damage was discovered after my husband and I went through the free no-hassle inspection. Which wasn't surprising. A representative from our insurance company came out once and inspected it, but found no problems. A similar situation has happened to us before, which resulted in an out-of-pocket roof replacement. Using a referral from a family friend, we approached Rico. His work was so wonderful, even during a time when our insurance company wasn't willing to fix the roof. In the end, Rico worked hard and we only had to pay our deductible after he worked his tail off to replace the roof. It would be my pleasure to recommend this man to anyone in need of roofing services. Keep up the great work, Fire & Hail Restoration. Thanks, Rico, Fire & Hail Restoration is a great company!

Using Fire & Hail Restoration, I was able to restore my townhouse to its former glory. An intoxicated driver destroyed everything on the first floor of my townhome (everyone is fine). Throughout the entire house, everything had to be rebuilt, from the basement staircase to the second floor, along with the outside and interior walls, framed windows, and a gas fireplace... in short, the entire house had to be rebuilt. I am happy to say that after ten months I have been able to remove all the debris, ruined personal items, and hired an amazing cleaning crew. A very stressful process is made easier by Rico's patience, responsiveness, and kindness. As I went through one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life, he provided excellent service. I thank Rico as well as Fire and Hail Restoration for their help!

So grateful for Rico and Devon, I was in the best hands. Not only were they timely and proficient, but they also communicated with my insurance and helped take away the stress and worry. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Definitely recommend.
